Why is the flow rate of hydraulic stations too low or too high?
1. Hydraulic station has no flow rate
The electromagnet of the directional valve installed on the hydraulic station is loose, and the coil is short circuited. This can be directly replaced or repaired by replacing the directional valve.
The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station is contaminated and the valve core is stuck. Replace all the hydraulic oil with clean and uncontaminated hydraulic oil. At the same time, the stuck valve can only be replaced or repaired by replacing the directional valve
(3) The M and H-type functional slide valves do not have directional changes. Reverse them and readjust them.
2、 Hydraulic station flow rate too low
Low flow rate in hydraulic stations is a common problem of unstable flow rate in hydraulic stations. There are many reasons for this.
The pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve that controls the flow rate of the hydraulic oil pump in the hydraulic station is set too low. Just increase the pressure.
The bypass control valve in the hydraulic station is not tightly closed. Either replace the valve or check the flow control circuit of the hydraulic station.
(3) The volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic oil pump decreases. This can replace the hydraulic oil pump and exhaust all the air inside the hydraulic oil pump.
(4) The internal leakage of the hydraulic station is severe. This is mainly because the various components of the hydraulic pump station, such as the hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic valve, oil pipe, motor, oil circuit block, oil tank, etc., are not tightly connected, and the seals are being replaced.
(5) The normal adjustment of the variable pump in the hydraulic station is ineffective. Replace the hydraulic oil pump.
(6) The pipeline loss along the hydraulic station is too large. This can be replaced with a larger oil pipe to increase the pump pressure.
3、 Hydraulic station flow rate too high
(⑴) The flow control device of the hydraulic station is adjusted too high. This is exactly the opposite of what was discussed above. If it is adjusted too high, then lower it.
The normal adjustment of the variable pump in the hydraulic station is invalid. There is a deviation in the design of the hydraulic station, which can only be replaced or taken for repair.
(3) The model and motor speed of the hydraulic oil pump are incorrect. Replace with a hydraulic oil pump with a flow rate that can reach and a motor with a speed that can reach.
