The Huanchun initial nail is used to move and connect two structural components into one whole piece. It is composed of two parts: a steel hammer and a fixed ball. The steel hammer is composed of a driving rod and a nail sleeve. When steel welding, first insert the training nails into the punched holes of the connected parts, then place the nails on the groove of the working section of the river from the other side of the connected parts, and then use special tools- The pneumatic ring is fixed on the central forging ring groove of the part, and the ring is accurately pressed against the surface. Then, the Qiang is pulled onto the upper control machine to tighten the clamping section of the ring until it breaks. At this time, the inner wall of the nail will be inserted into the designated working fake ring, forming a new training head to rivet and tighten the connected parts. Its characteristics are: easy operation, high efficiency, low noise, and good seismic resistance, so it is used in various fields such as vehicles, ships, aviation, mechanical equipment, and building structures.

What should be noted during the operation process? Precautions for operating ring groove rivets:

(⑴ 1) During riveting, the head of the rivet should be kept perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece, and sufficient pressure should be applied to make the nail sleeve adhere to the workpiece;

(2) When riveting with rivet type ring groove nails, the power of the power part and the pulling head must meet the specifications and shape requirements of the rivet;

(3) The insertion or insertion of rivets into holes must be light and stable;

(4) When starting riveting, push the head of the puller to the bottom and firmly hold the puller;

(5) After riveting, if the rivet head does not align with the component, it is never allowed to hit the rivet head again;

(6) When riveting the steel ring groove nails, the pressure regulating valve of the pulling force must be adjusted to the high-pressure position;

(7) When riveting thin riveted ring groove nails, pay attention to selecting suitable riveting bricks, otherwise the nail sleeve cannot be pressed well;

(8) Be careful to prevent the workpiece from being damaged or bumped due to the rebound caused by pulling when the nail rod breaks;

(9) After drilling, the interlayer thickness of the riveted parts must be measured using a sandwich thickness gauge to select the appropriate rivet length.
